ღ Missing You

For my family,
I miss the scolding from my dad
He used to ask me to done his stuff by the minute he told me to do so
I miss the daily routine together with my mum
She used to run like a hog, cook like a chef, and do her stuff like no one else
I miss the hiking moment with my brother
He used to tell me how to walk in the proper position
I miss the moment when I found out we both (sister-in-law) got the same clothing
We used to have the similar clothing style
I miss the shopping moment with my eldest sister
She used to say how fat am I
I miss the time spending with my niece
She used to sing 'happy birthday' whenever I ask her to sing
I miss the nagging from my second sister
She used to nag from the day till the night
I miss the bedtime moment with my lil sister
She used to snore while I still awake
I miss fur boy
He used to bark idiotically

For my friends,
I miss my leader forever
He used to tell me baek hyun is shooo tasty!
I miss my yum pors madly
I used to celebrate her valentines's day together with her
We used to gossip like no end
I miss chien chien
He used to speak with his own accent and make me can't stop laughing
No doubt I miss them so much!!

Too many misses yet hard to express it

Brillante de Barcelona, Spain

I can't believe that I just came back from a unbelievable trip with my BFF.
We plan our trip like one month ago
We bought our air ticket from easyjetryanair and vueling
You can get cheap flights to travel around europe through those link I mention above
You can get cheap and nice hostel from HostelWorld
Barcelona Card is highly recommended for tourists like us
You can save a lot on public transports (includes bus, train and metro), free entry to over 10 musuems, and discounts for some entrance fees.
We purchase some of our tickets from TicketMaster
There are some benefits of getting tickets through website: (1)save time (long queue can be time-taking) (2)save money (some of the website offer 10% discount if you purchase the ticket through online).

Okay...so now....
we've about to jet off to a country we've never been to, with a language we do not speak.

HOLA is the spanish greeting that we learned at first which mean HELLOO! NI HAAOOO!
I would like to recommend some MUST-SEE places in Barcelona

(1) La Sagrada Familia

The is the best church in Barcelona and one of the best in the world. The Sagrada Familia is a magnificent work of art, designed by the famous architect Antoni Gaudi. Construction of Sagrada Familia starts since 1969, Gaudi only became involved in 1883. Yet, until now the church is still incomplete and an anticipated completion date is at 2026. The stained glass window is amazing and the interior is breathtaking. I highly recommend to go up into the towers and explore yourself. Did you saw the gnarly spiral staircase? so effin nice! The interior is breathtaking!

(2) La Boqueria Market

Our first seafood meal in barcelona, a pretty good one. We ordered oysters and the grilled seafood platter which included fish, mussels, prawns, octopus, and a small lobster. Its a big portion and fresh! One of the best I ever had. Highly recommended. Bar central is located in the La Boqueria Market.

Bar Central la Boqueria

Mercat de la Boqueria,

Spain.

Operating Hours:
Monday-Saturday 6.00 am - 4.00 pm
Sunday Closed

(3) Park Guell

Another place in Barcelona graced by the works of Gaudi - Parc Guell
Once you get up on top of a hill, you can see a view of the entire city for miles.
For Gaudi's strange style of architecture, you can see that nothing is in straight lines and yet still looks fantastic!

(4) Tibidabo

Torre de Collserola

Tibidabo is a mountain overlooking Barcelona, Spain. You can have a spectacular views over the city and the surrounding coastline. The view from the Tibidabo is majestic! There is an amusement park and catholic church (Temple de Sagrat Cor) here. You can reached by funicular railway, like we did or hopped off the Barcelona City tour bus.

(6) Barcelona Port

An annual tradition in Barcelona on Christmas morning - Crazy Santa

Stunning, right? Best sunset I have ever seen

The Port of Barcelona is one of the most important ports in the mediterranean. For those who want to do some shopping, you can get into the Maremagnum which near the waterfront. You get here from La Rambla street with 15 minutes walk.

(7) Casa Batllo

Casa Batllo is one of the Antoni Gaudi's masterpieces. Something you'll never see at other place in the world. It's worth going the entrance ticket comes with an audio guide. Love his design and color. The roof top was likened to the back of a dragon, irregular oval windows, flowing sculpted stone work, and mosaic made of broken ceramic tiles that starts in shades of golden orange moving into greenish blues which makes me feel like I'm in a house in Wonderland. Again, you never get to see straight lines in Gaudi's piece of art.

(8) L'aquarium

L' Aquarium, Barcelona prides itself on being europe's largest aquarium. One of the highlights of the aquarium is the 80 metre long underwater tunnel, this is the underwater tunnel everytime I looked for if I get into the aquarium. You can see sharks, ocean fish and stingrays swimming all around you. All in all, the Barcelona Aquarium is a great experience.

Operation Hours:
Monday-Sunday 9.30-21.00
Public Holiday 9.30-21.00

(9) Palau de la Musica

We went to the Palau de la Musica Catalana for Gran Concierto de Ano Nuevo (Strauss Festival Ballet Ensemble). I pre-ordered tickets online and it costs 25.52 euro for each person which I think it's quite reasonable and worth it! Trust me you will be awed by this place like us! A wonderful line of sight! Don't miss this place if you can.

(10) Barcelona Beach
We are so lucky enough to witness the sunset.
